Three underground explosions rock downtown Des Moines

MidAmerican Energy told KCCI the explosions were electrical, not natural-gas related. The same thing happened in downtown Omaha last January, when a misleading photo went viral.
     The takeaway from the Des Moines event is that if you ever have a son, you should absolutely name him Fletcher Bownds.
