Hurricane Sandy jokes appear

Some (like this Chinese joke) are cerebral, some are so-so — like Patrick Melton's tweet that "New York is dressing up [for Halloween] like New Orleans this year," — and most are just lame, but we really liked the one about how bogus so-called "Hurricane Sandy" cocktails are, since they're just watered down Manhattans.
