With gay marriage looming, NE GOP proposes marriage fee increase exceeding 300% of current cost

Too bad Nebraska Republicans aren't willing to take their "if you can't beat 'em, rip them off" approach to a fatter calf, like, oh, say, TransCanada's Keystone XL project.
     GOP Lincoln state senator Kathy Campbell's original fee increase proposal (LB88) has been whittled down to $25, versus the current $15 fee, still a 67% increase.
