Facebook-harassed former Green Bay cheerleader pleads case in Court of Youtube after Facebook refuses to take down ChicagoBearsFan comment abuse

(Note: After writing the headline for this post, we reconsidered and don't necessarily think Facebook was wrong.)

Whatever else Facebook user ChicagoBearsFan may have been implying, his actual comment (below) was, strictly speaking, about the Greenbay cheerleader's ability to cheerlead, not about her looks; anyone critical of another's abilities is within the realm of fair comment, unless said comments are demonstrably and objectively untrue.
'Like if you agree the Packers have the worst cheerleaders in the NFL!'
The real harassment began in the Facebook comments with the kind of ugly sexism you can easily imagine.
Eventually, the photo was removed, with the following in its place.
“The picture of the Green Bay Cheerleader has been removed. For everyone on this page. We do not condone or encourage bullying. We would like to ask that you keep it classy. We understand you are hard core fans, but there's no need for bullying. We apologize for any hard feelings and encourage everyone to keep this page as a fun experience.”
