Lance Armstrong's $100,000,000 Oprah confessions could bankrupt him

Forbes has estimated that Lance Armstrong is worth $100,000,000 (NBC says $125m), but his admissions of guilt to Oprah Winfrey could lead to slam dunk victories in court in current and future litigation:

$100,000,000 Armstrong's estimated net worth
-93,000,000 Triple damages in federal whistleblower statute related to $30m
paid by Armstrong's cycling sponsor, US Postal Service

 - 1,600,000 Recovery of damages collected by Armstrong from London
Sunday Times for printing the truth Armstrong doping allegations

-12,000,000 SCA Promotions for bonuses paid to Armstrong for wins
------------
 - 6,600,000

Tour de France times have decreased since Armstrong's wins, presumably due to less doping by athletes. Instead of testing for principally for elevated red blood cell counts, a "biopassport" schema is now used which detects changes in blood chemistry in each individual.

  1. Where's the other 93.4 million meant to go if he's to be bankrupt?
