Gov. Dave Heineman announces that US foreign policy conflicts with the one he has imposed on Nebraska

The Obama administration has said that children of illegal immigrants, including those  who have never lived anywhere but in the United States of America because they were taken across the border as toddlers, are now eligible for U.S. work permits.
This displeases GOP hack and CEO of Nebraska, Gov. Dave Heineman, so he has decided on a different foreign policy for Nebraska, one that kicks the stool out from under the Obama administration.
Heineman has announced that Nebraska will deny driver's licenses and other public services to the people Obama is trying to help become citizens.
Grant Schulte of the Associated Press, notes:
In April, Heineman vetoed a proposal to extend prenatal care benefits to illegal immigrant women and accused lawmakers of placing an unfair tax burden on legal Nebraska residents. Lawmakers overrode the veto and forced the measure into law, with supporters arguing that the need to protect fetuses trumped the concerns about illegal immigration.
Schulte quoted the response of Max Graves, executive director of the Center for Legal Immigration Assistance in Lincoln:
Nobody can get a driver's license without legal documentation. But these kids, if they're approved for this, are legally documented. They have legal authorization by the federal government.
