Realtor.com website down for 'maintenance'.... on Sunday morning at 10:00 am

Realtor.com performing maintenance on a Sunday morning is about as believable as a department store Santa vacationing in Aruba in December. Not that AKSARBENT would question the honesty of anyone in the real estate industry, but what is really going on here?


AKSARBENT thinks now would be a good time to try trulia.com or blueroof.com or zillow.com...

UPDATE 1: It is now 2:07 CST, which means that realtor.com has now been down for the busiest four hours of the week for open houses. Obviously the National Association of Realtors has a very elastic interpretation of the phrase "Service will return shortly."

UPDATE 2: It is now Friday and realtor.com content, except for a "Service will return shortly." message, is nowhere to be found. Should we now be scrutinizing milk cartons?

    12:20 PM EST - Tuesday 23 Aug 2011 site is still down - been down since Saturday - that's what happens when you keep loading more and more advertising to your site
