Leave your bowl on the table, don't slurp your noodles, don't talk to the server unless s/he's near you and give your money directly to the cashier instead of putting it on the counter. Also, apologize if you bump into someone and hold the door for the person directly behind you.
You can, however, talk much louder than is allowed in Japan.
