YouTube videos got knocked off Facebook's top perch; now Twitter will also host videos—on 2 new platforms

In December, Socialbakers, a social media data tracking company, reckoned that for the first time ever, Facebook Page owners uploaded more videos directly to Facebook than they did via sharing from YouTube. This is a sea change and terrible news for YouTube, but that's not the end of it.
Twitter has announced TWO new video hosting platforms; one up to 10 minutes and another (competing more with VINE and Instagram) up to 30 seconds.
