Eighth Circuit Court grants NE AG Doug Peterson emergency stay on gay marriage ruling; hearing May 12

KNOP and KMTV are reporting that Nebraska's stay, requested Monday, has been granted and that May 12's hearing will take place together with three other same-sex cases pending before the court.
