     Voting to advance the bill were Sens. Ernie Chambers of Omaha, Matt Williams of Gothenburg, Patty Pansing Brooks of Lincoln, Bob Krist of Omaha and [Adam] Morfeld [of Lincoln, the bill's sponsor.]
     Voting against advancement were Sens. Les Seiler of Hastings and Laura Ebke of Crete. Sen. Colby Coash of Lincoln was present but did not vote.
