Meet Charlie Hebdo, the viciously funny Paris magazine attacked by masked Muslim gunmen

Charlie Hebdo relentlessly mocks Muslims, Christians, Jews, and, of course, politicians. At left, the magazine skewered French President Nicolas Sarkozy's nepotism depicting his son saying: 'I slept with my dad to get ahead!' Other covers below depicted a Jewish, Christian and Muslim trio urging: "Charlie Hebdo must be veiled," and a depiction of Mohammed: "100 lashes if you don't die of laughter." More covers at The Daily Beast.
