Workarounds for the Lumix DMC-GH4 external mic problem

A Panasonic rep acknowledged the problem during a B&H Photo web seminar. By the way, at this writing, Amazon's lowest price for the GH4 was about $200 HIGHER than B&H's advertised price. You can no longer assume that Amazon.com is the best bargain.
