House Majority Leader Eric Cantor's $5.5 million from Goldman Sachs, Blackstone Group, NRA, Realtors and chemical industry couldn't save him from 11-point upset by Tea Party, David Brat and $200,000

Cantor, who has repeatedly and arrogantly voted against middle class economic interests in favor of big business, was widely unpopular in Virginia, a fact which didn't bode well for him in a primary with extremely low turnout and a motivated Tea Party.
Although right-wing talk radio hammered Cantor for his support of immigration reform before Brat's stunning 11-point victory (despite behind outspent 26-1), Politico says immigration wasn't the issue that sank Cantor in Virginia's primary, Tuesday.
