More seriously, today SCOTUSblog explained the five options available to the Supreme Court in deciding the challenge before it to California's Prop 8, the referendum which overturned gay marriage in the Golden State.
     Also, today the Supreme Court allowed more oral argument time in the Defense of Marriage Act case before it, but only, as SCOTUSblog tweets, on its jurisdiction not on DOMA's constitutionality.
