CPAC: black guy asks why conservatives aren't attracting more blacks, gets threatened with arrest

A black guy at CPAC attempts to engage some neocons in debate about the failure of their movement to attract more blacks and gets yelled at by a white guy, who attracts the attention of security, which threatens him with arrest, then realizes it stupidly did so audibly in front of camera mics, so the guard moves in close enough to whisper inaudibly.
