Brit tabloid changed headline that gay-baited Downton Abbey actress after reader pointed out that her clubbing companion was really her sister

AKSARBENT abandoned the browser tab containing the first version of the Daily Mail's story on Michelle Dockery when we got distracted by a twitter dispatch about the sad decline of Midwest grasslands due to encroaching cash crops that will increase erosion and hurt wildlife.
After we blogged that, we reloaded the Daily Mail Dockery story in a different tab, having completely forgotten about not closing the first tab, whereupon we discovered that The Mail had done our work for us, updating its story after a reader complained in the comments about her (Dockery's) clubbing companion being her sis, not a "friend".
Then we then discovered that the old tab wasn't gone, and the cached the first version within it was happily available for display on our 'puter, whereupon we decided, having both versions, that the subject of our post would be The Daily Mail, not Ms. Dockery.
     That was easy.

Update: The Daily Mail is ALMOST THERE! The revised page shows all references to friend changed to sister or sis or sibling... except one, below. AKSARBENT would laugh harder were it not for the fact that this stuff strikes too close to home.
