The two faces of A.I.G.: image ads thanking taxpapers, but a contemplated $25B suit claiming its stockholders were cheated by the feds

Politico reports that Washington is sputtering over the chutzpah of AIG (which took a $182 billion bailout just before awarding seven-figure bonuses management which nearly wrecked their company and the US economy).
     This week, the firm's board will consider joining a $25 billion lawsuit over whether the terms of the bailout were unfair to shareholders, who claim they were "deprived" of billions of dollars.
