Constitutional law expert Barack Obama can't talk about the US Citizens on his Kill List because of national security concerns

In an earlier post, we ran video of ABC's Jake Tapper trying to get a meaningful response from White House Press Secretary Jay Carney about military executions of US civilians ordered by the White House. As you may have guessed, Tapper got squat. Here, we have the Big Cheese himself stonewalling a very good (local) Fox News reporter.
