Judy Domina for Legislature endorsement: 'It is time to return the representation of Legislative District 39 to the residents of the district.'

Judy Domina's incumbent opponent for the 39th Legislative district, Beau McCoy, is generally a rubber stamp for the interests of large businesses, often those outside Nebraska. His rating from Voices for Children in Nebraska is a miserable 8%. He has voted five times to interfere with the doctor-patient relationship in instances of unwanted pregnancies but he appears not to give a damn about those fetuses belonging to undocumented mothers-to-be in Nebraska, as he has voted twice to deny prenatal care in such instances. Earlier this year he introduced LB912 in a failed attempt to subvert the freedom of Nebraska communities to decide for themselves to which classes they wished to extend legal protection against discrimination.
