Is Chick-fil-A bringing the hammer down on news outlets trying to report on protests at its stores?

We think we're beginning to see an interesting pattern.

In West Des Moines, Beth Dalbey of WaukeePatch reports that at the company's store in the Jordan Creek Town Center, general manager Randy Tennison said the company “isn’t conducting interviews” and said media soliciting questions of guests would be ejected.
A similar situation was discovered in Sioux City, where KITV, attempting to report on Friday's protest/kiss-in at a Chick-fil-A store inside the Southern Hills Mall (a Simon Malls property) had this to say:
All our video and pictures came from news-spotters inside the mall. We did contact the mall for permission to bring our own camera inside but were denied.
