Police war on photography, MS edition; 2 teens arrested for disorderly conduct after recording cop shooting with cell phone; SIM card confiscated

WALB reports that after a police shooting in Pearl, MS, a Colony Park Apartment resident said officers manhandled her twin brother after they saw him recording the scene with his cell phone from the balcony of his apartment.

"The police came up here after they took his phone. They slammed him down and arrested him, and I'm like 'Why are y'all arresting him', and then they grabbed me and slammed me also and arrested me," said Shanell Madison...

     Madison said the police department returned her son's phone but kept the SIM card.
