Beat-Your-Gay-Kid pastor, Sean Harris, thinks the Fayetteville Observer has an agenda!

Harris, objecting to a critical op-ed in his local paper, responded in his blog:
...Is this because the FO has an agenda? In her lengthy article she is not confined to 250 words. She doesn’t have to justify her positions. She doesn’t have to report that I said “we are NOT to be homophobic.” Instead, she distorts my message with her agenda...Yes. If just one person is saved from the destructive GLBT lifestyle, then my preaching is not in vain.
After yelling homophobic incitements to violence against small children at his congregation, which he now says were self-evident hyperbole (but which he has curiously removed from the online transcript) Pastor Harris has repeatedly referenced the laughable disclaimer he tacked on during the sermon just after his nasty outburst.
Harris' CYA "saver" cautioned against homophobia lest someone (aside from Harris himself) mistreat those of the self-destructive gay "lifestyle."*
Harris' defense reminds us of the earnest sincerity that a casino greeter musters when he wishes you good luck or that the "beverage" industry conveys when it stamps "Drink responsibly" on a case of malt liquor sold at a drive-thru.

*In the Berean Baptist Church reality created by Pastor Sean Harris, a Marine sniper and a window-dresser at Saks have the same lifestyle if they are gay, hence his phrase. Harris does not similarly refer to a heterosexual lifestyle because there isn't one and because even the geniuses who make up his congregation would probably take him for an idiot for saying such a thing. But saying equally stupid things about a group that your little congregation of haters despises can fly under the radar!
