West Hollywood arsonist nabbed by $1-per-year L.A. Sheriff's Dept. volunteer

Iranian-American Assistant Sheriff's Deputy volunteer and Beverly Hills attorney, Shervin Lalezary who is paid $1 per year, caught the suspected West Hollywood arsonist, thought to have started 55 fires. The German national was recognized via security cams as someone who had an outburst recently at his mother's deportation hearing. The suspected arsonist's identity was then circulated widely throughout law enforcement circles in Los Angeles.
