In a five year period, George W. Bush's administration could only find 86 fraudulently cast votes out of 300,000,000. In Texas, the GOP has rigged the voting process so blatantly in favor of demographic groups more likely to vote for it that in that state gun IDs are acceptable at the polls but student IDs are not.
