Iowa clergyman, Cary Gordan, ally of Iowa Family Leader, sent 832,897 political text messages to Iowans last week urging Bachman and Santorum to join forces; this week he trashed Newt Gingrich...

Here's an example of a complaint filed against a tax-exempt
organization for illegal political activities. Here is where to
find the form online.
Cary Gordon, the top banana at Sioux City, Iowa's Cornerstone megachurch, is a much loved and reviled figure in "Siouxland."

Last year, a nonpartisan group asked the IRS to investigate Cornerstone Church's ultimately successful effort to remove three of the seven Iowa Supreme Court judges who ruled that denying gay couples marriage licenses violated Iowa's constitution.

Then Cornerstone's builder, Cincinnati United Contractors, filed a $4.99 million mechanic's lien on the church's new worship center and sound studio, assessed at about $12,000,000, amid allegations that the builder wasn't paid for work it did.

Last week, the politically hyperactive Rev. Gordon, who recently endorsed Rick Santorum for President, sent out 832,897 text messages to Iowans promoting his idea that Rick Santorum and Michele Bachman should join forces before the Iowa Republican Presidential Caucuses on January 3.

This week, Gordon is pushing a hip-hop heterosexual supremacist video starring reactionary Christer filmmaker Molotov Mitchell eviscerating New Gingrich for his two divorces and three marriages.

The new video calls Gingrich "the GOP's Kim Kardashian for his many infidelities on marriage — gay, straight and his own" and praises Bachmann, Santorum and Rick Perry for backing the Iowa Familiy Leader's pledge opposing same-sex marriage.
