Now Public seems to think that the man who streaked the 2011 MTV European Music Awards and charmed presenter Hayden Panettiere was David Monaghan, an actor based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Gosh, what poise Panettiere exhibited during something as completely spontaneous as, say, a professional wrestling bout.
