State fair mayhem in Wisconsin and Indiana

Eleven whites were hurt exiting the Wisconsin State Fair at closing time on August 4th in West Allis on the outskirts of Milwaukee.

One black teen who was part of a group that had originally fought amongst themselves, told the police he went after whites because they were "easy targets."

The incident caused a crackdown by Gov. Scott Walker and was widely condemned by Milwaukee black community leaders.

At the Indiana State Fair, 60-70 mph wind gusts suddenly collapsed an outdoor stage and its rigging just before a Sugarland concert was to have begun, killing five and injuring dozens.
