Pay for EULA-wrapped software with EULA-wrapped funds... Would this work?
As End User License Agreements for software become ever more oppressive, one wag ("Bergman" at TechDirt) suggests paying for software with a check bearing the following preprinted words:
By depositing or cashing this check you agree to waive and/or render void any End User License Agreement or standard contract you normally apply to your customers, for any services or products this check is used to pay for.
