James Burk's firing approved following surreptitious taping of elementary school boys in Dubuque, Iowa
The Dubuque Community School Board today approved the emergency School Board meeting firing of Sageville Elementary School principal Robert Burk, 43, the day after he was charged with installing a camcorder in a boy's bathroom in the school.
