Gay Rights Supporter to Chicago Tribune: Drop Dead

A non-partisan commission presents the Governor with a list of qualified candidates from whom to pick. If the Tribune thinks that three Tea Party justices will suddenly be selected, you are mistaken.

This campaign, funded by out-of-state money, was another cynical demonization of gay people to drive conservative voters to the polls.

The Iowa court ruling was about equal treatment of all citizens under the law. The Tribune has made it very clear on this issue that it is an agent of prejudice and discrimination against gay and lesbian citizens. I am voting with my pocketbook and canceling my over 20-year subscription to the bankrupt Tribune, because it favors prejudice and discrimination over fairness.
