KETV quoted NFM Executive Vice President Bob Batt as saying the $1.5 billion development would be a 2-story, 1.8 million square foot building of which 546,000 would be retail space and the rest a warehouse.
Not everyone in Colony is enthralled with the idea — especially homeowners who live next to the planned development. Here's what they're saying:
NFM can rule the earth in north texas if they would just offer women who come in the door a decent chance at 'free hair frosting and enlargement' and if they can sell nasty perfume by the quart and jeans so tight you can't get the change out of your pocket, it would be like black friday every day.
ReplyDeleteand having worked in homes around lewisvile lake, there is more money within 60 miles of that lake than in the entire states of nebraska and iowa combined. its ridiculous.
Fingers crossed, Lot depends on the feedback from the customers & their Shopping experience in the store.
