Cedar City, Utah employer, Terry Lee Forensics, fires two "Obongo" supporters

Thursday, in The Salt Lake Tribune, the Cedar City owner of  Terry Lee Forensics, a  digital forensics company, posted a racist message bragging that he had cashiered two employees. Later he deleted the comment.
"Love it. We had to let two employees go to cover new Obongocare [sic] costs and increased taxes. Found two Obongo supporters and gave them the news yesterday. They wanted the idiot in the Whitehouse [sic], they reap the benefits."
...Lee first mentioned the firings in the comments section of another story in the Tribune about a Vernal, Utah, smoothie shop owner charging "liberals" a higher price than "conservatives" for drinks. That shop owner said "liberal programs" are costing his business more, so it’s only fair that left-leaning customers should pay more...
After letting the two part-time contract workers go, Terry Lee Forensics has nine employees who work with local law enforcement and attorneys to retrieve digital data from encrypted computer hard drives. Terry Lee would not release the names of the two part-timers.
He said that in the past couple of years he has had to cut costs as his business has slowed. But he said his accountant recently told him that the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, also known as Obamacare, had raised his company’s taxes and operating costs. Asked to detail those costs, Lee deferred to his accountant, who could not be reached for comment. Obamacare mandates that only businesses with more than 50 employees be required to insure full-time employees or face penalties.
Among the critical reactions Lee received was this pithy observation:
Hope the fired workers find someone not quite a racist for their next employer and hope that karma visits Mr. Lee's Forensic business. I know as a liberal I would challenge any findings from that company based on their proven bias.

  1. WERE I IN THE POSITION OF LOOKING FOR SUCH A FIRM, i would bypass his business... regardless of the fact that i also voted for romney, i would not put up with such bullshit. I WOULD ALSO use this fact against him in any court case--- and am further sending this recommendation to every legal office in the area for THEIR consideration.
