The World-Herald said he was driving west on one-way Leavenworth at 15th, about four blocks from home and that the cops say his blood alcohol content was .262 percent (OoohRa!); the legal limit is, of course, .08.

ReplyDeleteWhat will hopefully happen is that his car will be fitted with a Ignition Interlock Device that is used in Pennsylvania.
Thats crazy because he had a great job and he is setting a bad example for the young children throughout the metro.
