Who told Rick Perry 'We'll help you out'?

What Bank of America employee button-holed Rick Perry and offered to "help you out?"

Talking Points Memo thinks it was James Mahoney, Director of Public Policy for the bank, pictured third from left (or right) in the photo below taken in late October of 2005 at the UN's New York headquarters at a United Nations Environment Programme’s Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) Global Roundtable.

BofA claims that the offer "was about following up  on the substance of the speech about job creation and economic growth."

This  is about as believable to AKSARBENT as the part of BofA's mission  statement which says that it offers "lending and investment products  that...Create sustainable practices for the long haul"
