How the Catholic Church uses its 'religious liberty' to restrict freedom of speech of gay marriage supporters

Here in Omaha, the archdiocese used the religious liberty dodge to make sure that no housing rights were included in the City's recent inclusion of LGBTs as a (semi) protected class. Of course Christers, including Catholics, enjoy full protection in housing.
     In addition, the Omaha Archdiocese has flagrantly and repeatedly violated Omaha's electioneering-at-polling-stations ordinance (one example is below) and Omaha officials have done nothing to stop it.
