Hollywood Reporter: three of Marvin Gaye's kids countersue Robin Thicke after his pre-emptive Blurred Lines lawsuit — and they're suing EMI too, accusing it of conflict of interest

The family alleges Thicke infringed the copyrights of two, not just one, songs, that EMI breached a contract and its fiduciary duty to protect Gaye's songs and that EMI conspired to plant false stories in the press that the Gaye family turned town a six-figure settlement when no such settlement was offered.      We wouldn't want to be Robin Thicke's legal team when the two songs are played in court.
