Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) seems firmly, intractably on message and dismissive of the implied obligation to answer the damned questions, which we thought was an implicit imperative for participating in a televised interview, but Rep. Dana Rohrabacher (R-CA) seems oddly jovial and unfocused. Hmmmm.
