NASA: condition of frog in photobomb 'uncertain'

The hapless little amphibian was blown out of the water.  Universe Today, firstest with the mostest, explained how:
1) the launch site (the Wallops Island Spaceport) is in a wildlife refuge, and
2) the launchpad  has "high-volume deluge system" pool turned on during launches to protect the pad and dampen noise. For the poor frog, it was perhaps a fatally attractive nuisance.
