On the very day that tar sands oil inundated Mayflower, Arkansas, Nebraska Rep. Lee Terry was delivering the GOP weekly radio message, calling the Keystone XL tar sands pipeline across Nebraska, which sits above the biggest part of the largest, purest underground aquifer in North America, a "no-brainer."
