Cook was the first Broadway star booked to perform (Friday, 10/28/2005) at Omaha's acoustically impressive Holland Performing Arts Center, exactly a week after it opened. AKSARBENT attended, and Ms. Cook gave a lovely performance even with, as she put it, a frog in her throat.
